1. Acceptance
By creating an account on chiseli you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Acceptable use
You may use chiseli for your business or personal project. You may not use it for spam, phishing, malware distribution, or any illegal activity.
3. Plans and payments
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually, in advance. You can cancel at any time; the service stays active until the end of the paid period.
4. Content ownership
Your content is yours. We only process it to provide the service. The analytics, ideas, and data you generate with chiseli belong to you.
5. Service changes
We may add, modify, or discontinue features. If a change significantly affects you, we notify you 30 days in advance by email.
6. Limitation of liability
chiseli is provided "as is". We do our best to keep the service available and secure, but we do not guarantee 100% uptime.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Bogotá.
